To help with your Christmas shopping, we have extended our returns policy for the Christmas period. Items purchased from Monday 31st October 2016 can be returned or exchanged up until 31st January 2017. The usual terms and conditions apply.

Only products purchased directly from the Hunter website can be returned following the steps described below. If you purchased your Hunter products at a retail store or from other websites, these products must be returned to the original store or site they were purchased from.
If for any reason you are not happy with your Hunter products, please follow our Returns Procedure. Hunter reserves the right to refuse the return of products, which are not sent back in accordance with our procedure and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you. Our returns procedure does not affect your statutory rights.

Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed, however this is normally done within 3-5 days of receipt.
You may return new, unworn or unused products within 30 days of the date the products were shipped to you.
All products must be returned to us unused, together with all original packaging. We ask that you take care of returned products. Unfortunately we may not be able to process the refund if you fail to take care of the products. Please ensure that your return package is packed and sealed securely.
You can exchange for a different style up to the value of the original order, or return the items for a refund then place a new order. Exchanges will be sent to the address on your original order. Should you need to change the address, please return for refund and re-order.
All exchanges are at Hunter's discretion and subject to availability of suitable replacement stock.
Packages must be returned with the freight prepaid. UK customers can return items for free using our Collect+ label included in your parcel. We recommend the use of an insured parcel service for international returns. Please retain proof of postage as Hunter cannot issue refunds for items we do not receive.
If the return is due to a fault or mistake with your order, please contact Hunter in the first instance for details of how to proceed. Where necessary, Hunter will reimburse the cost of the return postage.
Included with your purchase of Hunter products is a returns form. To return items to us:
Complete this form, stating whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you choose to exchange, please give details of the replacement style, colour and size when applicable.
Package the items securely.
Send the package to our UK warehouse address at the top of the returns form. UK customers can use the free Collect+ label, which is included with your order. Please retain proof of postage; we cannot issue refunds for items we have not received.
Once received in our warehouse, your return will be processed in approximately 5 working days.

Please do not return items to our head office address in Edinburgh. All returns are processed at our warehouse.
This only applies to products purchased via this website that are within warranty. Hunter product purchased in a store or on another website must be returned to the original place of purchase.
It is essential for both hygiene and for a thorough assessment that faulty items are returned to us in a clean, dry and presentable fashion.
Occasionally a white powdery 'bloom' may appear on your boots. This is not a defect, but a release of natural protective wax that can be easily wiped clean with a damp cloth.
